About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Lead projects from planning through successful delivery • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and reports • Manage projects using tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project • Build project dashboards, workflows, automations, and reporting structures • Monitor KPIs, deadlines, resources, risks, and project performance • Coordinate with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams • Drive project governance, process improvement, and business transformation • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management Requirements • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-level and cross-functional projects • Strong hands-on experience with project management software • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies • Experience in budgeting, risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder management • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
