About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires local candidates who can work onsite as needed. The position involves leading QA activities, coordinating with offshore teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery through effective testing. Key Responsibilities • Lead onsite QA activities and coordinate with offshore QA teams • Perform manual and automation testing • Conduct backend validation and API testing • Analyze defects and execute tests • Ensure high-quality delivery of products Requirements • 6+ years of QA experience in Manual and Automation Testing • Experience leading or coordinating offshore QA teams • 4+ years of Backend Testing, SQL Queries, Database Validation, and Troubleshooting • 4+ years of API Testing using Postman and test collection development • Strong Defect Analysis, Debugging, and Root Cause Analysis • Experience with JIRA and OpenText ALM Octane • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for QA reporting and stakeholder presentations • Strong communication skills and experience leading defect triage calls • Knowledge of Selenium, Java, Python, REST Assured, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD is a plus.
