About the Role HyroSoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer for a long-term technology project. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of modern web applications, APIs, cloud systems, and AI-powered products. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, and test planning • Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks • Test APIs using Postman, REST APIs, integration testing, and automated API validation • Write test automation scripts in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python • Conduct performance testing including load testing, stress testing, and performance analysis • Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for testing and CI/CD integration • Validate AI/LLM applications, chatbot responses, RAG workflows, and AI-assisted testing • Track defects, perform root-cause analysis, create test documentation, and validate releases Requirements • Strictly 7+ years of relevant professional QA/testing experience • Strong hands-on experience in test automation and software quality assurance • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Availability for a long-term project engagement • Full-time employment or direct independent contractor status Benefits • Opportunity to work on modern web applications, APIs, cloud systems, and AI-powered products • Engage in a long-term technology project with a quality-focused company
