About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong TriZetto Facets, Medicaid, and healthcare payer testing expertise to support state-specific Medicaid regulatory implementations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze state-specific Medicaid regulatory requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios. • Perform functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, negative, and boundary testing. • Validate TriZetto Facets workflows covering member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, pricing, edits, and payments. • Test Mainframe batch processes, Java applications, APIs, interfaces, and upstream/downstream integrations. • Validate ETL processing and source-to-target data accuracy using IBM DataStage and Talend/TalendWorks. • Perform SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and defect investigation. • Identify gaps between regulatory requirements, system implementation, and actual results. • Support root-cause analysis, defect resolution, test documentation, and quality assessments. • Maintain end-to-end traceability from regulatory requirements through test execution and results. Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets QA/testing. • Solid understanding of Medicaid managed care and state-specific regulatory requirements. • Experience testing healthcare payer systems and claims processing workflows. • Knowledge of Mainframe and Java-based applications, batch jobs, APIs, and interfaces. • Experience with IBM DataStage, Talend, or comparable ETL validation tools. • Strong SQL skills for database testing and data reconciliation. • Understanding of member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, pricing, and payment. • Experience with functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
