About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to validate state-specific Medicaid regulatory implementations across TriZetto Facets, Mainframe, Java applications, ETL pipelines, and integrated healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities • Analyze state-specific Medicaid regulations and develop comprehensive test scenarios • Validate end-to-end implementations across Facets, Mainframe, Java, DataStage, Talend, APIs, and batch systems • Test member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, pricing, and payment processing • Validate ETL transformations and source-to-target data mappings • Perform functional, integration, regression, negative, and boundary testing • Identify gaps between regulatory requirements, technical implementation, and actual system behavior • Execute SQL-based data validation and reconciliation • Conduct defect analysis, support root-cause investigations, and ensure regulatory traceability Requirements • Strong healthcare payer QA/testing background • Hands-on TriZetto Facets testing experience • Medicaid managed-care and state-specific regulatory expertise • Mainframe and Java application testing • DataStage and Talend/TalendWorks validation • Strong SQL, database, batch-processing, and integration testing skills • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid health-plan operations • Experience validating complex regulatory implementations
