About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in TriZetto Facets, Medicaid managed care, and state-specific regulatory testing to validate complex healthcare payer implementations. Key Responsibilities • Validate complex healthcare payer implementations • Test member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, pricing, and payments • Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, negative, and boundary testing • Validate API, interface, batch processing, and upstream/downstream system validation • Conduct defect analysis, root-cause investigation, and regulatory traceability Requirements • Strong healthcare payer QA/testing and TriZetto Facets experience • Knowledge of Medicaid managed care and state-specific regulatory requirements • Experience with Mainframe and Java application testing • Proficiency in DataStage and Talend • SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and ETL testing skills
