About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester with strong manual testing skills, automation experience, and deep expertise in accessibility testing. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual testing including functional, regression, UAT, and usability testing • Conduct accessibility testing following WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 compliance standards • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Perform automation testing and API testing • Track and triage defects using Agile methodology Requirements • 10+ years of QA and software testing experience • Strong manual testing skills in functional, regression, UAT, and usability testing • Mandatory Accessibility Testing Certification (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent) • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 compliance • Experience with accessibility testing tools and government accessibility compliance • API testing and web services validation skills • Strong SQL queries and database testing skills • Test plan, test case, and test script development experience • Automation testing experience • Defect tracking, triage, and Agile methodology experience Government or public-sector application testing experience is a plus.
