About the Role We are looking for a Senior SDET to join our team at Skechers US office QE lab. This role focuses on validating retail POS systems and store technology through both automation and in-person testing. Key Responsibilities • Validate retail POS systems and store technology • Perform automation testing using frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, BDD, and TDD • Test sales transactions, payments, returns, refunds, voids, promotions, loyalty, and receipts • Conduct hardware testing of PIN pads, barcode scanners, printers, cash drawers, and payment terminals • Manage tests and track defects using Jira/Zephyr • Perform regression testing, release certification, defect triage, and deployment readiness Requirements • Retail POS (Point of Sale) testing experience is mandatory • Hands-on experience with Manhattan Retail POS and store technology • Experience with automation frameworks: Playwright, Selenium, BDD, and TDD • Knowledge of testing sales transactions, payments, returns, refunds, voids, promotions, loyalty, and receipts • Experience with hardware testing: PIN pads, barcode scanners, printers, cash drawers, and payment terminals • Familiarity with Jira/Zephyr for test management and defect tracking • Experience in regression testing, release certification, defect triage, and deployment readiness
