About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in OpenShift, cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps to build, secure, and manage enterprise-scale cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities • Build, secure, and manage enterprise-scale cloud platforms • Implement automation and DevOps practices • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Requirements • 8+ years of experience in OpenShift / OCP • 5+ years of Linux administration and troubleshooting • Strong Bash and Python scripting skills • 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code and automation using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools • 3+ years of CI/CD and DevOps experience (Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, Harness, or ArgoCD) • 3+ years of monitoring and observability experience (Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, New Relic, Elastic, or OpenTelemetry) • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP and hybrid cloud environments • Knowledge of container networking, security, storage, compliance, and cloud-native technologies • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
