About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong enterprise engineering skills and hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools to join OpenText Exstream. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications across the full SDLC • Leverage AI coding tools and agents such as Devin, GitHub Copilot, and Tachyon AI to accelerate software delivery • Build REST APIs, reusable components, enterprise integrations, and full-stack solutions • Develop and support Java/Spring Boot applications and UI components • Support OpenText Exstream server and application migration from legacy data centers to new data centers • Perform Linux and Windows application-side administration, middleware upgrades, patching, and performance optimization • Build rapid proofs of concept (POCs), internal engineering tools, and automation solutions • Collaborate with infrastructure, QA, platform, and application teams to ensure operational stability and reliability Requirements • Java, Spring, and Spring Boot • REST APIs and enterprise integrations • Angular and/or React • Python and Shell Scripting • SQL, PostgreSQL, and/or SQL Server • Linux and Windows environments • AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot and AI coding agents • Strong SDLC, Agile, testing, and production support experience
