This role will play a key part in transforming core service platforms through scalable, secure, and compliant architectures. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end solution architecture across CRM/SaaS platforms, integrations, vendor solutions, and legacy/on-prem systems Define and maintain architecture artifacts including current/future state diagrams, integration flows, and architecture decision records Design and govern API and integration patterns to ensure interoperability across internal teams and third-party vendors Lead technical design reviews and provide implementation oversight to ensure alignment with architecture standards and security requirements Partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and ITS leadership to translate business outcomes into technical designs and delivery plans Support delivery execution including planning, dependency management, release readiness, and cross-team risk resolution Required Qualifications: 16+ years of overall IT experience in enterprise applications and integrations 8+ years of progressive experience in solution/enterprise architecture 3+ years serving as Solution Architect / Design Authority for complex programs Strong experience with Salesforce architecture and CRM/SaaS platforms Hands-on expertise in API integrations, third-party SaaS solutions, and legacy/on-prem system integration Proven ability to guide delivery teams through design governance, implementation, and release readiness Excellent stakeholder management and business-to-technical translation skills Project Focus Areas: Loan Services Automation: Streamlining end-to-end loan lifecycle processes Call Center Transformation: Modernizing contact center platforms and omni-channel capabilities Data Modernization: Integrating and modernizing data platforms for trusted reporting and insights Preferred Skills: Public-sector or large-scale enterprise modernization experience Strong understanding of security, compliance, and audit readiness Experience working in hybrid cloud and legacy environments #SeniorSolutionArchitect #SalesforceArchitect #EnterpriseArchitecture  #CRMArchitect #APIIntegration #SaaSIntegration  #TexasJobs #AustinTXJobs #HybridJobs  #PublicSectorIT #StateOfTexasJobs  #C2CJobs #USCOnly #GreenCardOnly  #ITArchitecture #DigitalTransformation
