About the Role We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in software QA, particularly in card processing and payment systems. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate testing activities within a QA team • Test fraud, transaction defense, dispute, and chargeback solutions • Perform backend data validation and integration testing • Conduct data migration, conversion, and cloud migration testing • Validate ISO 8583 message formats and payment interchange protocols • Perform packet and protocol testing for data integrity • Validate data synchronization and source-to-target validation • Test REST/SOAP APIs and web UIs • Identify, triage, and manage defects • Work with Jira and other test management tools • Support offshore team coordination Requirements • 7-10 years of hands-on software QA experience • Strong knowledge of card processing, payments, and customer servicing systems • Experience with TS2, card lifecycle management, account servicing, card issuance, and replacements • Experience testing fraud, transaction defense, dispute, and chargeback solutions • Strong proficiency in backend data validation and integration testing • Experience with data migration, conversion, and cloud migration testing • Strong understanding of ISO 8583 message formats and payment interchange protocols • Packet & Protocol Testing experience using Soap Sonar/ WSDL Weaver • Experience with Data synchronization and source-to-target validation • Strong hands-on experience in REST/SOAP API testing • Experience in web UI testing • Ability to understand automation scripts, analyze execution results, and troubleshoot failures • Strong experience in defect identification, defect triage, defect lifecycle management, and retesting • Experience with Jira or similar defects and test management tools • Good understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and STLC • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently on complex testing scenarios while supporting offshore team coordination
