About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to support the Network Traffic Redirection (NTR) Platform Modernization Program. This role focuses on test automation, characterization testing, and validating the migration of legacy C++ business logic to a modern Java 21 cloud-native platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement automated tests using Selenium, Java, and API testing tools. • Develop and execute Golden Master/Characterization tests to verify functional parity between legacy C++ and modernized Java applications. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates. • Perform performance, profiling, and regression testing. • Validate system performance, IPC behavior, Redis caching, and application state transitions. • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure product quality. Requirements • Software testing and automation experience. • Hands-on experience with Java and C++ automated testing. • Expertise in Selenium, API testing, and AI-assisted test generation. • Experience with Golden Master/Characterization Testing. • Knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing. • Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
