About the Role We are looking for a Senior Windows Platform & Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing enterprise Windows infrastructure and implementing automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments • Implement and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell automation • Perform server patching, OS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation • Configure and maintain VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure environments • Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration management solutions • Ensure Windows security baselines, CIS benchmarks, and server hardening standards are met • Troubleshoot production issues and create technical documentation and runbooks • Manage enterprise infrastructure lifecycle Requirements • 7+ years of experience with Enterprise Windows Server Engineering & Administration • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell • Experience with server patching, OS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation • Familiarity with VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure • Proficiency in PowerShell, Ansible, and Infrastructure Automation • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management • Knowledge of Windows Security Baselines, CIS Benchmarks, and Server Hardening • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical documentation abilities • Experience with Enterprise Infrastructure Lifecycle Management
