About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on operationalizing ServiceNow Now Assist and MoveWorks workflows to enhance employee self-service, enterprise search, conversational AI, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities • Operationalize ServiceNow Now Assist and MoveWorks workflows • Enhance employee self-service capabilities • Improve enterprise search functionality • Develop conversational AI solutions • Implement workflow automation Requirements • Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) • Understanding of Incident Management • Familiarity with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) • Experience with Virtual Agent and AI Search • Understanding of MoveWorks platform architecture and capabilities • Knowledge of Enterprise Search and Conversational AI • Experience with Agent Configuration • Skills in Workflow Automation
