About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead AI-driven solutions, intelligent workflows, and enterprise platform integrations. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI-driven solutions and intelligent workflows • Manage enterprise platform integrations • Ensure platform security and compliance Requirements • Strong experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and enterprise implementations • Hands-on expertise with Now Assist, AI Agents, Generative AI, or AI-enabled workflows • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and platform security • ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications preferred; CTA is a plus • Federal client or regulated-environment experience is advantageous
