About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to deliver scalable solutions across multiple domains. This role requires extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities • Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations • Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps • Design and govern Workplace Services including Space Management, Reservation Management, Workplace Visitor Management, Workplace Case Management, and Employee Experience workflows Requirements • 12+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture • Experience with WSD and EAM implementations • Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ITAM • Ability to lead technical design and implementation roadmaps
