About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, solution design, integrations and platform architecture in a complex, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations • Design solution architecture and integrations • Manage platform architecture in complex, regulated environments • Utilize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, and SPM • Implement client-side and server-side scripting • Work with Flow Designer and Integration Hub • Develop Service Portal and Employee Centre solutions • Implement Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Design CMDB architecture • Handle enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server • Manage security through ACLs, roles, and domain separation • Oversee end-to-end implementation from design to deployment • Practice Agile delivery and stakeholder management Requirements • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow • 5+ years of architect or lead developer experience • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and implementation • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, and SPM modules • Proficiency in ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting • Knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub • Experience with Service Portal and Employee Centre • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Understanding of CMDB architecture • Experience with enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server • Knowledge of security principles including ACLs, roles, and domain separation • Ability to manage end-to-end implementation from design to deployment • Experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder management
