About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across various domains including Workplace Service Delivery, Enterprise Asset Management, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations • Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps • Design and govern Workplace Services including Space Management, Reservation Management, Workplace Visitor Management, and Workplace Case Management • Design and implement Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including asset lifecycle management, preventive and corrective maintenance, work order management, inventory and spare parts management, and vendor and contract integrations • Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance • Create HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents • Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments • Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads across ServiceNow engagements • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes • Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices Requirements • Expertise in ServiceNow Architecture & Platform Governance • Experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) • Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM • Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center • Experience with Flow Designer & Integration Hub • Experience with UI Builder & Workspace Framework • Experience with Performance Analytics & Reporting • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes • Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs • Experience with REST/SOAP Integrations • Experience with MID Server • Experience with Azure, SAP, Oracle, and Facilities Systems Integrations • Experience with Data Migration and Transformation
