About the Role We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping to join our team for a long-term remote engagement. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technology objectives. • Lead CMDB architecture, data modeling, CI class design, relationships, IRE rules, and reconciliation strategies. • Establish and implement CSDM standards and enterprise service modeling practices. • Architect ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server infrastructure, Discovery patterns, and Service Mapping solutions. • Design and manage integrations with enterprise infrastructure, cloud, asset, and monitoring platforms. • Define reusable architecture patterns, technical standards, and governance frameworks. • Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and cost optimization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leads to translate requirements into solution designs. • Provide technical leadership, mentor implementation teams, and drive architecture decisions. Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, or implementation. • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM architecture. • Proven experience in enterprise CMDB data modeling, CI classes, relationships, IRE, and reconciliation. • Strong understanding of CSDM and enterprise service modeling. • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Discovery patterns, and Service Mapping. • Experience with Service Graph Connectors and enterprise integrations. • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps. • Experience with ITOM Event Management and operational visibility solutions. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, technical governance, and leadership skills.
