About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO). Key Responsibilities • Design and implement secure, scalable workflows and enterprise solutions • Utilize ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations) capabilities • Develop and maintain Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Workflow Automation • Create and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies • Handle Incident, Case, Problem, Change, and Request Management • Implement REST/SOAP Integrations and Integration Hub • Apply Banking / Financial Services domain experience • Ensure ServiceNow Architecture, Compliance, and Process Optimization Requirements • Strong hands-on development and architecture experience • Expertise in ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations) • Proficiency in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Workflow Automation • Knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies • Experience with Incident, Case, Problem, Change, and Request Management • Familiarity with REST/SOAP Integrations and Integration Hub • Banking / Financial Services domain experience • Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture, Compliance, and Process Optimization
