About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team for a contract role. This position requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow development in enterprise environments and the ability to build and support custom applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements across multiple environments • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Maintain and enhance existing applications with a focus on stability, performance, and upgrade compatibility • Review and approve development work to ensure adherence to platform standards and security requirements • Support platform upgrades and resolve development-related issues introduced by new releases • Contribute to platform documentation, architectural decisions, and operational runbooks • Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing long-term corrective solutions • Participate in change review and release governance processes Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments • 3+ years building and supporting custom applications using App Engine Studio • 3+ years working within Agile or sprint-based delivery models • Experience with App Engine & Custom Application Development, Workspace & UI Configuration, Integration & Automation, and Platform Governance & Standards • Ability to provide mentorship and technical leadership to mid-level developers • Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITIL® 4 Foundation
