About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team for an exciting opportunity with the client. This role requires hands-on ServiceNow development expertise to build secure, scalable, and upgrade-safe solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications • Work with App Engine Studio and Scoped Applications • Implement server-side scripting using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scripted REST APIs • Optimize GlideRecord queries • Utilize UI Builder and Configurable Workspace • Work with Flow Designer and Integration Hub • Integrate with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations • Implement ACLs and role-based access controls • Handle platform upgrades, production support, and troubleshooting • Conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and mentor developers Requirements • Experience with ServiceNow application development and platform customization • Knowledge of App Engine Studio and Scoped Applications • Proficiency in server-side scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scripted REST APIs • Understanding of GlideRecord and query optimization • Experience with UI Builder and Configurable Workspace • Familiarity with Flow Designer and Integration Hub • Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations • Knowledge of ACLs, role-based access controls, and platform security • Experience with platform upgrades, production support, and troubleshooting • Ability to conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and mentor developers Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow CSA • ServiceNow CAD • ITIL 4 Foundation
