About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and drive enterprise ServiceNow implementation, platform development, and solution architecture initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions • Lead technical architecture, platform customization, and integration initiatives • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations • Drive platform performance, security, scalability, and development best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards Requirements • Strong experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, Technical Lead, or Architect • Proven hands-on development and platform architecture experience • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration • Experience with enterprise implementations, custom applications, and complex integrations • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills • Must be available to work onsite in New Brunswick, NJ, four days per week • Must be eligible for and willing to work on a W2 employment basis
