About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role requires extensive experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture. Key Responsibilities • Develop and architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Customize ServiceNow user interfaces and build upgrade-safe applications • Implement ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM solutions • Utilize advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills Requirements • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture • Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills • Hands-on development experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM • Experience customizing ServiceNow user interfaces and building upgrade-safe applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification • Prior experience in higher education / university environments strongly preferred • LinkedIn profile with a profile picture
