About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM). Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services Operations • Work with Customer Service Management systems • Utilize UI Builder and Agent Workspace • Create Playbooks and Flow Designer workflows • Implement REST and SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub • Write JavaScript and utilize Glide API • Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts • Build Service Portal components Requirements • 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development • Strong background in Financial Services Operations • Experience with Customer Service Management • Proficiency in UI Builder, Agent Workspace, Playbooks, and Flow Designer • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub • JavaScript and Glide API expertise • Understanding of Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts • Experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow Scripting • Preferred certifications: CSA / CAD
