About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in enterprise-level implementations, solution architecture, platform governance, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions • Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) • Drive platform governance, integrations, automation, and best practices • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership • Support enterprise modules including ITAM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, and IRM/GRC Requirements • 8+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation • Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Preferred: CTA and relevant CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, IRM/GRC)
