Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions • Maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements Requirements • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow • ServiceNow ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • CIS – Certified Implementation Specialist (at least one module) • ITIL V3 Foundation
