About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a long-term contract opportunity. This role requires strong technical skills in ServiceNow development and platform security. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement custom applications in ServiceNow • Develop and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs • Optimize queries using GlideRecord • Create and manage Flow Designer workflows and reusable actions • Ensure platform security through ACLs and role management • Integrate with external systems via REST APIs and JSON data exchange • Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery processes • Conduct code reviews and create technical documentation Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 3+ years of App Engine Studio and custom application development • Strong expertise in Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs • Advanced knowledge of GlideRecord and query optimization • Experience with Flow Designer, reusable actions, and subflows • Strong understanding of ACLs, roles, and platform security • Experience with UI Builder and Configurable Workspace • REST API integrations and JSON-based data exchange • Agile/Scrum delivery experience • Experience with platform governance, code reviews, and technical documentation Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ITIL 4 Foundation
