About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and ServiceNow platform technologies to contribute to innovative AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions using ServiceNow platform • Utilize Generative AI technologies to create innovative applications • Work with ServiceNow CMDB, ConnectedOps, CSM, and DevOps Requirements • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development • Strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) • Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory Work Authorization • H-1B candidates – C2C • USC, Green Card & EAD candidates – W2 only
