About the Role We are looking for a customer-facing ServiceNow ITOM Architect to support end customers. This role combines strong ServiceNow business solutions experience with hands-on technical architecture. Key Responsibilities • Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Design and implement Discovery, including MID Server architecture and scheduling • Improve CMDB health, CI relationships and data quality • Apply CSDM and Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) best practices • Deliver integrations and automation using scripting and APIs • Guide technical delivery using secure, maintainable ServiceNow solutions Requirements • Current ServiceNow CIS-Discovery certification is required • A consultancy background and proven project delivery experience are highly desirable
