About the Role We are actively looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM / Platform Architect for a long-term contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Strong consulting and advisory experience in ServiceNow ITOM • Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management • Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and ITOM maturity assessments • Assess existing ServiceNow environments and recommend best-practice improvements • Identify architectural gaps, risks, and platform optimization opportunities • Provide guidance on ITOM architecture, governance, scalability, and platform adoption • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills • Prepare assessment reports, recommendations, and executive-level presentations Requirements • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory • 13+ Years of experience
