About the Role We are looking for a Junior ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow ATF and functional/regression testing. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional and regression testing using ServiceNow ATF • Work with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request • Test Workflows, Catalog Items, and UI Policies • Utilize JIRA and ServiceNow for tracking and reporting • Test REST API integrations using Postman • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Requirements • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF & QA Testing • Knowledge of ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request • Experience with Workflows, Catalog Items, and UI Policies • Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow • Exposure to REST API and Postman • Agile/Scrum experience
