About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Scoped / Custom Application Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building, customizing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities • Build, customize, and maintain scalable enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform • Implement and manage Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer • Utilize Knowledge Management, Workspace, Platform Analytics, and Virtual Agent • Perform strong troubleshooting, code reviews, performance optimization, and security practices • Deliver successful enterprise ServiceNow implementations Requirements • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Scoped & Custom Application Development • Strong ServiceNow Scripting, Integrations & Platform Customization • Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog & Flow Designer • Knowledge Management, Workspace, Platform Analytics & Virtual Agent • Strong troubleshooting, code reviews, performance optimization & security practices • Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or ServiceNow AI • Working knowledge of Python and AWS • Experience delivering successful enterprise ServiceNow implementations Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams
