About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Certification to join our team for a remote contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Program Management • Implement Agile Development, Resource Management, and Financial Planning solutions • Create Portfolio Management Intake workflows and Financial tracking solutions • Develop Portfolio health dashboards and configure roadmap planning • Establish portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategic objectives • Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best practices • Participate in platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives • Identify opportunities to automate manual portfolio and project management activities using AI-driven solutions Requirements • ServiceNow SPM Certification • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow SPM modules • Knowledge of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Program Management • Understanding of Agile Development, Resource Management, and Financial Planning • Experience with Intake workflows and Financial tracking solutions • Ability to develop Portfolio health dashboards and roadmap planning • Familiarity with portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategic objectives • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience with platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives • Knowledge of AI-driven solutions for automation
