About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, configuring, and implementing Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions • Work with Demand Management, Project and Program Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning • Configure strategic roadmaps, funding models, intake workflows, and portfolio health dashboards • Develop scalable solutions following ServiceNow best practices • Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and instance health improvements • Leverage AI-assisted development, Generative AI, and ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities to improve productivity and delivery quality Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM design and implementation experience • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Strong expertise in enterprise workflow automation and system integrations Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred Skills • Experience with Now Assist, Generative AI, intelligent workflows, Agentic AI concepts, and responsible AI adoption
