About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. This role requires strong architecture and implementation experience with ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions • Lead technical architecture for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules • Develop integrations using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer • Provide technical leadership and communication Requirements • Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM • JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and Flow Designer skills • Mandatory: ServiceNow CTA or client-required Technical Architect certification
