About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead / QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere to drive test automation, improve testing efficiency, and ensure software quality. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Automation Anywhere. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and prepare test plans. • Execute automated tests, analyse results, and identify defects. • Enhance automation frameworks and testing processes. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. • Maintain test cases, test results, and defect documentation. • Guide team members on automation best practices and contribute to continuous improvement. Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere. • 7–10 years of experience in QA automation and testing. • Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts. • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
