About the Role We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Business Analyst / Solution Designer to support a long-term project with a government client. Key Responsibilities • Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises • Experience in SharePoint solution design, migration, and implementation • Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and functional documentation • Experience with SharePoint workflows, governance, permissions, and metadata management • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user stories • Strong understanding of QA, UAT, and SDLC processes • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Requirements • 12+ years of experience • Government project experience • Experience with SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate and Metalogix • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
