About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to lead a critical observability and incident management transformation, migrating from Moogsoft to PagerDuty. Key Responsibilities • Lead the migration from Moogsoft AIOps to PagerDuty • Design and configure PagerDuty event orchestration, event routing, deduplication, and alert suppression • Integrate Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch with PagerDuty • Build automated incident response workflows, on-call schedules, and escalation policies • Implement Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations for incident management • Develop runbooks, train engineering teams, and support a seamless transition to production monitoring • Use Python, Bash, or Go to automate integrations and leverage PagerDuty APIs Requirements • Strong hands-on PagerDuty experience, including architecture and advanced configurations • Familiarity with Moogsoft, including event ingestion, clustering, and Situation Room • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or Go • Experience with incident management, event correlation, alerting, and production operations Preferred Skills • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • PagerDuty configuration automation and custom integrations
