About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of high-traffic digital platforms across web, mobile, and OTT applications. Key Responsibilities • Support and enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of high-traffic digital platforms • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation • Utilize AWS and/or GCP for cloud infrastructure • Develop Python, Bash, or Groovy scripts for automation • Implement monitoring and observability using Datadog, New Relic, or AppDynamics • Work with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems • Utilize Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, or Chef • Conduct performance testing with JMeter or k6 • Use debugging tools like Charles Proxy or Fiddler • Manage incidents, provide on-call support, and maintain SLI/SLO • Work with web, mobile, OTT, and digital platform architecture Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering • Strong experience in production support • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation • Experience with AWS and/or GCP • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Groovy • Experience with monitoring and observability tools • Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems • Experience with Infrastructure as Code • Familiarity with performance testing tools • Experience with debugging tools • Understanding of incident management, on-call support, and SLI/SLO • Knowledge of web, mobile, OTT, and digital platform architecture Good to Have • Experience with CDN (Akamai), NGINX, Varnish, video streaming platforms • Knowledge of security best practices
