Site Reliability Engineer

In this role, you will be a core part of the product lifecycle, designing, coding (not just scripting), and evolving the systems that power careers worldwide. What makes this role different? Architectural Impact: You’ll partner with product teams to design robust guardrails and balance feature velocity with system resilience. The AI Frontier: We are using GenAI and agentic engineering to automate routine tasks and redefine modern reliability (Claude is our buddy). True Ownership: From SLOs and error budgets to follow-the-sun on-call, you own the health of the systems you build.
