About the Role We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability and performance, with a strong emphasis on AWS services and contact center technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement reliable systems using AWS services • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Monitor system performance and implement alerting mechanisms • Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks • Manage incident response and resolution processes Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer • Experience with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery approaches • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect and related AWS services • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation • Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and Codefresh • Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability • Familiarity with incident management and SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs
