About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Public Cloud to support and enhance critical security data platforms and compliance monitoring services. This role focuses on improving platform reliability, availability, security, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Support and enhance critical security data platforms and compliance monitoring services • Improve platform reliability, availability, security, and operational efficiency • Troubleshoot database, application, and infrastructure performance issues • Implement automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Requirements • Strong experience in site reliability engineering or cloud operations • Hands-on experience with enterprise databases: Oracle Database, IBM DB2, SAP HANA, or Microsoft SQL Server • Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • Knowledge of database backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery processes • Experience in automation and scripting • Understanding of database security controls, auditing, and operational governance • Experience supporting production environments and mission-critical services
