About the Role We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. This role involves developing, testing, integrating, and supporting web-based applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, integrate, and support web-based applications • Troubleshoot existing systems and provide Tier III application support • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors • Support deployments, testing, debugging, and technical documentation • Use AI tools effectively and validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability Requirements • 5–8 years of software development experience • Strong front-end development experience • Proficiency in React, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, SASS, and Bootstrap • WCMS platform experience • Familiarity with .NET, C#, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Server • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases • Knowledge of Node.js and web services • Understanding of OOP and client-server architecture • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodology • Hands-on use of AI tools throughout the development lifecycle Important Note: Candidates must be able to convert to full-time employment without visa sponsorship.
