About the Role We are looking for a Software Developer specializing in the ServiceNow platform to join our team. This role involves developing enterprise applications and focusing on software engineering, application development, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities • Develop enterprise applications using the ServiceNow App Engine • Utilize programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js, Java, or C# • Apply knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, Factory, Strategy, and Observer • Implement modern JavaScript features including ES6+, Async/Await, Promises, and JSON • Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems and improve application functionality Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in software development • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js, Java, or C# • Good understanding of OOP and software design principles • Experience with frontend development using React.js or Vue.js • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 • Native Japanese language skills (N1 or N2 level) • Must currently reside in Japan and hold a valid Japanese work visa Benefits • 4–6 weeks of structured ServiceNow platform training • Opportunity to develop enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine • Focus on software engineering, application development, and workflow automation
