About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 12+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and quality engineering. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts • Perform automation, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • Develop scalable automation solutions using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools • Write and maintain test scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to identify and resolve defects • Implement automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Perform performance and load testing using JMeter or LoadRunner • Analyze test results, identify defects, and prepare detailed test reports • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews • Ensure application quality, reliability, security, and performance • Mentor junior QA engineers and establish automation best practices Requirements • 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation • Strong experience building automation frameworks from scratch • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
