About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test to join a large US financial services firm in Galway. This role focuses on building test automation frameworks and ensuring software quality. Key Responsibilities • Help shape software design for testability and security • Write features and automated tests including unit, integration, functional, and performance tests • Ensure tests run reliably in CI/CD pipelines • Work in a Scrum team with colleagues across remote and international locations Requirements • 6–9 years of experience building front-end and web service applications with test automation frameworks • Proficiency in Java or Ruby, Cucumber, JavaScript, REST/HTTP, and Jenkins • Strong passion for test-driven development and clean, maintainable code • Bonus skills: Angular, Node.js, Docker, Selenium, SOATest
