About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our AI & Automation Platform team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining scalable backend systems and services. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs and scalable services • Develop production applications using Python and full-stack engineering principles • Work with GenAI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automated testing • Utilize observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis Requirements • Strong Python development and full-stack/backend engineering skills • Experience with REST APIs, scalable services, and production applications • Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks • Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins, automated testing, and version control • Experience with observability tools – Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana • Production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis experience • Experience with cloud platforms, Terraform, RAG, and vector databases is a plus.
