About the Role We are actively looking for an experienced Software Engineer Specialist with proven expertise in Amdocs Clarify CRM to design, develop, and deliver high-impact enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead interface technical design, component architecture, and integration flows • Develop, modify, test, and debug code aligned with technical and functional specifications • Assume technical accountability for core application modules and support solution design for new requirements • Participate actively in peer code reviews, root cause analysis, defect fixes, and release procedures • Leverage modern GenAI tools to streamline development, code review, and overall delivery efficiency Requirements • 7+ years of core software development experience • Mandatory hands-on experience in Amdocs Clarify CRM 6 or 6.5 • Strong proficiency in ClearBasic scripting and customizations • Deep knowledge of CRM 6.5 Data Models and relational database design • Hands-on familiarity with GenAI development tools • Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical demos to stakeholders
